Management of Design: This is a blog about moving design in terms of creative management as well as concept development. It originated as a blog supporting a new collaboration among students and teachers in the particular project between a team from BI and an art and design school. Thanks, Per! This is food for thought, both interesting and useful categories for own idea generation(as well as for relating to management, human development and other literature). As you articulated, the various steps in Maslow's hierarchy do not necessarily develop (in real life) in the proposed order, which is an opinion I share.
